Clothing & Purchased items:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your clothing items, here’s what you need to know about returns:
• Returns Accepted: Clothing items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, intimate apparel, and items that have been worn or altered cannot be returned.
• Return Process: Please contact us to initiate your return. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase.
• Refunds: Once the return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Services:
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible when possible. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following cancellation policy:
• Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment for services such as chakra healing, sound healing, reflexology, salt based detoxification, hydro foot soak.
• Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of services. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours of the original appointment to avoid losing your deposit. We will be happy to apply the deposit to a rescheduled service.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and no prior cancellation notice is given, you will forfeit your deposit.
• Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that sometimes life events happen unexpectedly. Please reach out to us if you have an emergency situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
